SECTION 1 – WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect non-personally identifiable information about you in a number of ways, including tracking your activities through your IP (Internet Protocol) address, computer settings, most-recently visited URL, or through cookies (described below). We may also ask you to provide certain non-personally identifiable information about yourself, such as your age, your occupation, buying preferences, interest in EnviroBuild, etc. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily submit such information to the EnviroBuild Website by, for example but not limited too; filling out a contact request form, survey or registration form, requesting literature, abandoning your purchase at checkout or emailing an online calculator quotation. The types of information that may be requested include your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number.
SECTION 2 – HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?
EnviroBuild may use the information to tell you about EnviroBuild products and services that we feel may be of legitimate interest to you. Personally identifiable information may be used to contact you again either by online electronic communication (such as e-mail), or by regular mail or telephone. EnviroBuild users may opt-out of receiving future mailings from EnviroBuild by unsubscribing from EnviroBuild emails or other contacts by emailing ie-info@envirobuild.com. Please be aware that if you opt-out of receiving promotional email from us, it may take up to ten business days for us to process your opt-out request, and you may receive promotional email from us during that period. Additionally, even after you opt-out from receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us regarding our Services. EnviroBuild has the right to monitor the EnviroBuild Website electronically, from time to time, and to disclose any information necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or other government request, to operate the EnviroBuild Website properly, or to protect itself. Non-personal demographic and profile data is used to tailor your experience at the EnviroBuild Website, showing you content we think you might be interested in. This information may also be shared with EnviroBuild’s dealers, distributors or contractors on an aggregate, non-personal basis. When EnviroBuild shares such information with dealers, distributors or contractors, it is not traceable to any particular user and will not be used to contact you again.
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY
The EnviroBuild Website uses industry standard security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. While there is no such thing as "perfect security" on the Internet, EnviroBuild will take reasonable steps to protect the safety of your personal information. If you have created an account with us, we urge you to keep your password in a safe place and not to divulge it to anyone. Also, remember to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit. This is to ensure that others cannot access your account, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place such as a library or Internet café.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 7 - COOKIES
When you view the EnviroBuild Website we may store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a "cookie" or similar file. Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your hard drive, not on the EnviroBuild Website. Cookies do not spy on you or otherwise invade your privacy, and they cannot invade your hard drive and steal information. Rather, they help you navigate a website as easily as possible. We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests. Cookies can allow the EnviroBuild Website to remember you when you return so you do not have to enter your registration data at each connection. Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
